Little Corner Construction is a Durham-based, worker-owned cooperative specializing in residential remodels and additions. We work closely with clients to help them envision, plan, and construct projects that range from new kitchens and baths to whole home remodels and additions. Each project we take on is custom in nature to fully meet our clients vision and needs.

As we care for and enhance our clients’ homes, we are building more than just physical structures: we are also building our worker-owned cooperative. All Little Corner staff are member-owners of the company who direct the day-to-day and strategic operations of our business. This means that every worker-owner who steps onto the job site is personally committed to the success of our co-op, and this translates into our commitment to thoroughness, cleanliness and a job well done on every project we tackle.
